Your Investment Portfolio Details:

1. Annual ROI of 3% released every February 16 of the year. You have the option to add to your investment capital or deposit your 3% ROI to your provided savings or checking account.
2. Your annual ROI will only start on the second year after the completion and 6 months after the start of Tiara Hills Resort become operational.
3. We will provide you an annual financial report as to determine the conitnuation or stopping of the Tiara Hills Resor operation and plans to return your investment capital and accumulated ROI of 3% at within the 5 years from the cease of operation less operatonal expenses and government taxes
4. You are allowed to withdarw your investment capital after 2 years based on the date of your first ROI release less operatonal expenses and government taxes
5. Aside from your 3% annual ROI you will also enjoy additional benefits when you and your officially approved 5 registered family members to get discount priviledges offered to you by Tiarra Hills Resort. The following discounts applies only to non-promo offer or discounted prices. Additional benefits are subject for any approve changes anytime.
   1. 50% on Resort entrance
   2. 20% on food and beverages for 1 single transaction
   3. 20% on use of swimming pool if not staying overnight
   4. 20% on use of conference room (1 event per month only allowed)
   5. 20% use of venues (1 event per month only allowed)
   6. 20% use of room booking for the whole stay minimum of 2 nights
6. Gym Membership is also availble, discount will be offered to anyone that will enroll for a full payment. (details will be posted later)
